(Not so) Wordless Wednesday

I am wondering how a day that started off pretty good turned into "one of those days"...well, there are three things that helped...the weather (raining and gray here in San Antonio), we had leaks in the roof again here in the office, and our tenant in MA doesn't know how to pay rent. He pays weekly, because paying on the 1st of each month is too difficult...he bounced a check in December and then just bounced the last check we deposited. Oh and we could not deposit last week's check because the funds were not available. AURGH!

So I leave you with some pictures that are  helping me calm down. :)

    Tenants can be so frustrating! We are about to put our rental out west up for sale- we don't want to deal with tenants any more from afar!

    I would rather be home with my puppies too. :-)

      Puppies really do make everything better. :)
      We are beginning to consider moving back to MA sooner than originally planned so we can stop renting the house.

    Love the photos! What a relaxing photo of the beach and such a sweet face. :)

    Grrr about the tenant. MA is hard too because of the landlord-tenant laws. Such a stressor and not what you need. Hope that this situation resolves itself very soon. And hope the skies clear in San Antonio!

      I look forward to the sunny skies...just reminding myself that this rain will hopefully allow us to start the spring without being in a drought.

    We don't have a dog but we adopted a cat from the Human Society last night. She'll be good for some cuddles! Sorry about the tenants..grr!

    Puppy cuddles are the best. Oh me oh my I wish I could be lying on that beach right now. I miss the heat and the sunshine, I need a holiday somewhere hot so badly.

    I have never been a landlord, but I can believe it is stressful. I hope you can whip him into line soon.

      I've been working on my email to him...sending it tonight after J & I tweak it.
      I have that picture as my background photo on my desk at work too...just love it. :)
